Shifts ( Mandatory ) : NIGHT SHIFTS (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Job Description: -
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
• Cold call and provide timely follow ups with potential Customers
• Provide detailed information to customers about product/services
• Problem solving and simplifying the complex for the average person to understand

The candidate needs to be highly motivated, disciplined, self-driven and passionate.
Pre-Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation and forwarding the leads to the client.
Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
Accurate reporting on leads, forecasting.
Meeting and exceeding weekly or monthly targets
Should have a flair in internet research

Required Qualifications
• Class 12 and above

• Good to have at least 1- 2 yrs of experience In International Outbound sales.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills convincing power
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Clear, friendly speaking voice
• Detail-oriented multi-tasker
• Excellent communication skills and
• Should have a flair in internet research
• Applicant must be comfortable with Night Shift
